Baby Fatima’s Story – Neonatal Programme
Baby Fatima was placed in the NICU after birth, as her mother waited patiently for her recovery while she battled several complications.
Indus Health Australia (IHA) Limited is a Not-for-Profit organisation registered in Australia with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. In partnership with Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), IHA strives to break down barriers to healthcare access for vulnerable individuals without the financial ability to pay for these services. IHA has a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status, which means all donations from 30th June 2023 are now tax deductible in Australia.
Indus Health Australia’s activities include creating awareness about IHHN, arranging fundraising activities, and mobilising individuals and corporate volunteers to support IHHN with finances, knowledge, and skill transfer.

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) provides quality healthcare absolutely free of cost to millions of deserving patients through its countrywide network of hospitals in Pakistan. Starting with only one hospital in Karachi in 2007, IHHN is now managing 10 tertiary and secondary care Hospitals, 3 Physical Rehabilitation Centres, 4 Regional Blood Centres, multiple Community Health Centers, and various Public Health programmes spread across Pakistan.
Indus Hospital & Health Network’s purpose is to provide indiscriminate, quality healthcare to all in a state-of-the-art hospital in Pakistan. IHHN is a not-for-profit healthcare system that solely relies on public donations. To achieve its purpose, IHHN is partnering with individuals, corporations, international donor agencies, educational institutions, international affiliations, and the provincial and federal governments.
